All participants at the BALWOIS 2010 Conference should pay Registration Fees according the following:

If you pay Registration Fee until 15th of April 2010

  •      80 Euro per person for participants coming from Balkan countries (Albania, Bulgaria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Kosovo, Macedonia, Montenegro,  Romania, Serbia and Turkey);
  •     250 Euro per person for participants coming from all other countries (authors, co-authors, visitors who want to participate to the conference sessions, all events and social life);
  •     60 Euro for accompanying person from any country (the accompanying person does not have access to the sessions and exhibition, it can participate only to the social life, visit to Ohrid and official dinner);
  •     60 Euro for students from any country.

If you pay Registration Fee after 15th of April 2010
  • 100 Euro per person for participants coming from Balkan countries (Albania, Bulgaria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Kosovo, Macedonia, Montenegro,  Romania, Serbia and Turkey);
  • 300 Euro per person for participants coming from all other countries (authors, co-authors, visitors who want to participate to the conference sessions, all events and social life);
  • 80 Euro for accompaning person from any country (the accompanying person does not have access to the sessions and exhibition, it can participate only to the social life, visit to Ohrid and official dinner);
  • 80 Euro for students from any country.
The registration fees cover: access to all conference rooms, badge, working material, cofee break, coctail for opening ceremony, official dinner, visit of Ohrid.


Accompaning persons will not get working material and thay dont have acces to the sessions.

Before 15 of April the Registration Fees in 4800 denars, after 15 of April is 6200 denars.

 

 
 
All cancellation requests received at BALWOIS Secretariat by 15th of May 2010, will receive a full refund minus a 25% processing fee. After 15th of May 2010, no refunds will be permitted.
