Letter of sponsorship

A trade Exhibition will be held in conjunction with the conference. The exhibition will cover a wide range of products and services in the fields of hydrology, meteorology and ecology.

Exhibition during BALWOIS 2004

The exhibition will be held in the same building as the main conference hall, which will offer delegates easy access to the exhibition. The companies who wish to participate in the exhibition will be allowed to advertise their products, technical equipment, activities, software, etc. at the exhibition which will be held every day during the Conference from 8:00 to 20:00 o'clock.

The stands of exhibitors must be operational from 23 at 8:00 to 26 at 12:00.

Exhibition during BALWOIS 2004

In the following table are presented different types of advertisement.

In these prices is not included any fee for participation in the conferences or any meals. For the access to the conferences it is necessary to fill registration form. If any organization is interested in being part of this prestigious conference by purchasing exhibition space, or other offered opportunities please register your company as Exhibitor and ask Balwois Secretariat for Exhibitor's Contract.

Full amount have to be paid until 30 April 2006. There will be a 50% refund on full payment for cancellations until 30 April 2006. There will no refunds after 15 May 2006.
