All visitors coming from non EU BALKAN countries are welcome to attend BALWOIS 2006. They do not have to pay registration fee if they belong to Ministries, Administration, Scientific Research and/or Education Institutions or Associations.

Registration Fees :

The registration fee for one participant is 250 €. It includes: welcome cocktail, access to the Scientific Sessions and Exhibition area, conference bag, badge, conference proceedings (papers, posters, software, multimedia) on CD-ROM, closure dinner.

Accompagnying persons pay 150 E. The registration fee for accompanying persons includes : access to the Exhibition area, badge, welcome cocktail and field trip. Accommodation full board in DESARET Hotel is 30 Euro per person and per day in single room ; 25 Euro per person and per day in double room ; 30% reduction for children.

Please, note than all participants coming from institutions becoming to the following countries do not pay registration fees for themselves : Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Macedonia, Romania, Serbia and Montenegro and Turkey.
