The Balkan Institute for Water and Environment - "IB2E.org" - is an Non Governmental Association which has been created according the French 1901 law. IB2E is located in Montpellier (France) but its activities are mainly carried out in Balkan peninsula. Following its main objective of valorisation of scientific research products, IB2E members contribute to various studies in Balkan in fields of Climatic Changes, Water Resources Integrated Management, Water Bodies Protection, etc. and have specific competencies in the implementation of Web sites, Internet technologies, Data bases, Information systems, Digital Elevation Models, Geographical Information Systems, Modelling, etc. IB2E is organising conferences, seminars and facilitate all tasks related to the valorisation of these events (Web sites implementation, CD-ROM bundle, Books publishing, etc.).
